Location
Sargent Texas is located on the central Texas coast between Freeport and Matagorda Texas. Great restaurants located on Caney Creek and the Intracoastal waterway. Dollar General and Sargent Store provide many grocery, household and hardware items.
Sargent Beach, on the Gulf of Mexico, is a short 12 minute drive from CLRV Park on Hwy 457. Walk the beach, collect shells or fish on the new fishing pier.
Bay City and Lake Jackson are approximately 24 miles from Sargent and offer major retail shopping, hotel chains, and entertainment venues. Houston, Pearland, Sugarland and Galveston are all less than 80 miles.
